I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, featuring a cozy bed and a well-maintained washroom. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and supportive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a different menu each day. Every meal was not only delicious but also healthy—truly a great start to the day!
A special shoutout to Tamanna, Mustafa, and Sunil—the true stars of this hotel—for their outstanding service.
The hotel is conveniently located right on Ramphal Chowk Road, with easy access to Palam Metro and Dwarka Sector 9 & 10 metro stations.
Since this hotel is often fully booked, I highly recommend making reservations in advance.

I had a wonderful stay at Treebo TMS Residency, Dwarka, Delhi from March 10 to March 11 2025. The hospitality was truly commendable! The staff, especially Ankit, Rahul, and Tamanna, were exceptionally polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist with a smile. I booked this hotel at the last minute and after reaching the hotel I was very skeptical about checking into the hotel or not. The entrance doesn't look fancy at all. But trust me the Rooms are good. Don't expect anything fancy for this price. Clean spacious rooms with all basic amenities. Special point about this place are the staff so friendly and so helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Sunil and colleagues for making my stay so comfortable. They even enquired about breakfast the previous day when I like it to be served. I highly recommend this hotel to single female travellers like me.

Don't know what the negative reviews here were talking about. Had a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was very well mannered, they even gave us a fruit baslet to thank us for our stay. They also co ordinated with us nicely since we had to come late at night sometimes.
Rooms were clean, bathroom was big and clean as well. There was also a huge balcony. The room had a tv and mini fridge. All in all, a very nice stay.
Please keep in mind that this indeed is a budget hotel, so keep your expectations accordingly.

One of the best budget stay in dwarka, delhi. The rooms are exceptionally clean, service is prompt and the location is the main market. In breakfast you do have few options only but the food taste is decent. Apart from that we loved our stay. We stayed here for 3 days. It was comfortable and the hospitality was good.

The place was great…We stayed few nights and the days we spend the hospitality was great. Few amenities were missing at first but soon after informing they provided them. The rooms are great and location is very close to city malls and Indira Gandhi Airport. Definitely recommend this to any Sri Lankan or anyone who wishes to stay

The room was clean and spacious. Check in and checkout were smooth. It was on prime location. Breakfast was tasty and enough and even had 4 variety. Room had 1 water bottle which should have been 2. Coffee wasn't available in the breakfast hope next time it is included. Nice stay.

I really liked the cleanliness and behaviour of the staff. They were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable but windows were completely shut due to the window AC. Property is located to roadside so it was easy to find out. Overall very good.

Very decent hotel having all necessary facilities in good location.
The staff was very helpful and allowed me to store my luggage in cloak room for 6 hours after checking out. They also allow us to order outside food. the hotel premises are very clean and well maintained.

This is one of the best hotel is dwarka sector 7, it is near to lot of aviation coaching center. There are lot of juice and food points surrounding the hotel. The staff is also very welcoming and service is also very good. The rooms were clean and spacious.
